ProfileThe world was overwhelming to me as a child. Being a highly sensitive person, I would feel everyone's emotions and I wondered why I found it difficult to do what others found easy. M.E. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) started when I was at high school and the road to recovery was a journey of self-discovery, alternative healing modalities and reconnecting the mind and body. Once well, I began sharing what I had learnt with others. This consisted of giving and teaching Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy and Colour Therapy, up until my children arrived. Having watched how my children react and respond to their environments, I saw how the tools and techniques I had learnt could also benefit children. More recently I qualified as an Energy EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Master Practitioner as I discovered the incredibly simple power of tapping to overcome mental and physical blocks to wellbeing. I feel passionate about empowering people to understand and regulate their own energy and emotions. News
